Payment Policy

All users can make successful purchase from Pure Nutrition website using any of the following methods.

  3. Net-banking
  4. Cash on Delivery
  5. Genuine Unused Promotional Coupon Code.

Customer Service

Your order is as important to us as it is to you. Our in-house Consumer Affairs department will be happy to assist you with any queries or other issues relating to your order. Please email us or call us at customercare@purenutrition.me / 1800 120 9882 during standard business hours 9am-5pm, and a representative will be in touch with you. Remember, all queries are answered in the order in which they are received, and as a result, delays occur from time to time. Requests made outside of standard weekday business hours will be addressed as soon as possible.

Shipping Policy

All products ordered through Pure Nutrition website are typically shipped within 48-72 hours. Once shipped, you will receive tracking information to your email address provided at the time of order. If an email receipt is not received, contact Consumer Affairs for verification. We generally deliver products within 3 to 4 days of order received but be advised that shipping delays sometimes occur with our carrier, and are therefore beyond our control. Please allow up to 5 to 7 business days for delivery.

Return Policy

Pure Nutrition Pvt Ltd may accept returns of Dietary / Food Supplements purchased directly from Pure Nutrition website and only when all of the following conditions are satisfied:

  • The products must be received by Pure Nutrition within 7 days from the day of delivery , no returns will be accepted after this time period.
  • The tags on the product should be intact and to be returned in original packing.
  • You must provide your Purchase Order number as received when your order was placed through the Site.
  • Only unused / unopened products in original packing are eligible for returns.

Refund Policy

All returned products are inspected as per our guideline and generally take 2 days for getting inspected. Refunds at Pure Nutrition are initiated within 48 Hours from the time of successful inspection and only if product is found to be in a usable condition. Receipt of the refund would depend on the mode of payment chosen by you. For Debit Card and Credit Card transfers the time taken for refund depends finally on the bank.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation of fraudulent orders: To provide a safe and secure shopping experience, we regularly monitor transactions for fraudulent activity. In the event of detecting any suspicious activity, Pure Nutrition reserves the right to cancel all past, pending and future orders without any liability. Pure Nutrition also reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders in scenarios like inaccuracies in pricing of product on website and stock unavailability. We may also require additional verification's or information before accepting any order. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order. If your order is cancelled after your account has been charged, the said amount will be reversed to your account.

The customer may be considered fraudulent if any of the following scenarios are met:

  1. Customer doesn't reply to the payment verification mail sent by Herbs Nutri.
  2. Customer fails to produce adequate documents during the payment details verification.
  3. Misuse of another customer's phone/email.
  4. Customer uses invalid email and phone no.
  5. Overuse of a voucher code.
  6. Use of a special voucher not tagged to the email ID used.
  7. Customer returns the wrong product.
  8. Customer refuses to pay for an order.
  9. Customer is involved in the snatch and run for any order.
