Your reward points remain valid for **90 days** from the date they are earned. Any unused points will automatically expire after 90 days if they are not redeemed. We'll send you a reminder before your points expire, giving you enough time to use them on your next purchase.

Yes — you can apply reward points to any eligible order with a minimum order value of ₹500. There's no limit to how often you redeem, and you can choose how many points to apply at each checkout. If you have more points than the order value, the remaining balance stays in your account for future use.

Currently, reward points and discount coupons cannot be combined in the same order. You'll need to choose one or the other at checkout. If you have an active coupon code, we recommend comparing the savings before deciding which to apply.

Purchase points are credited once your order is confirmed and payment is processed — typically within 24 hours of a successful order. Points will not be credited for cancelled or refunded orders. If you return an item, the corresponding points will be deducted from your balance.

Points are tied to the account they were earned on and cannot be transferred to another account, combined with another member's balance, or converted to cash. If you believe points have been credited to the wrong account, contact our support team and we'll look into it.
