This supplement was delivered to me by mistake (i had actually ordered something else). Seeing the reviews, i took a tablet. I am not diabetic, but i thought it'll help with weight loss. Within 2 hours my blood sugar levels dropped VERY drastically and i started shaking. I felt like i took a psychotropic drug. It's very potent and i am not sure why this is being sold over the counter. Please do not have this without consulting a doctor- this is not your regular supplement.
